1. Using TripDaily — You must be at least 18 to make a booking. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. Don’t misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

2. Bookings & payments — Listings, prices and availability are provided by hosts and partners and may change without notice. Payments are processed securely; cancellation and refund terms depend on the individual listing.

3. Reviews & content — Content you publish must be your own and follow our guidelines. We may remove content that is fraudulent, offensive or off-topic.

4. Liability — TripDaily connects travelers with hosts and partners; the underlying services are provided by those third parties.
